Career Point University, Kota (Rajasthan) has been established by Act 13 of 2012 of the State Legislature of Rajasthan as a private university vide Gazette Notification no. P.2 (16) Vidhi/ 2/2012

Career Point University is a bona fide University, established by State Act and does not require AICTE approval.

Approval by AICTE
As per law, Universities do not require AICTE approval. Only institutions that are affiliated with Universities require approval. As Career Point University is a Bona fide University established by a State Act, it does not require AICTE approval. The School of Legal Studies and Governance of Career Point University Kota is dully approved by the Bar Council of India to offer LL.B. and BBA LL.B. courses.
