Job Description 1. Enable digital payments at unorganised retailers

    • a. New on boarded retailers should understand the complete payments acceptance process and its benefits.
    • b. Download and login the merchant app for their easy reconciliation of payments taken by retailers.
    • c. Communication of applicable merchant offers on accepting digital payments.

2. Revisit existing merchants

    • a. Visit existing merchant and resolve if merchant having any issue.
    • b. Re-merchandise the shop to ensure Paytm visibility.
    • c. Communication of applicable merchant offers on accepting digital payments.
    • d. Encourage merchants to take more digital payments by re-empathies of benefits.

4. Small Loan product pitching to merchants.
