The state of the art manufacturing unit was established in technical collaboration with ThyssenKrupp and Pfeiffer Ltd. of Germany, the world leaders in cement technology, to produce cement at par with international standards.

With the commissioning of our grinding unit in Dhule - Maharashtra, Bhadnawar - Madhya Pradesh, and Jhajjar – Haryana with a capacity of 2 MTPA each, our cement manufacturing capacity has increased to 13 MTPA.

Job Role: Techno Sales (Site Sales Representative)

We are looking for Fresh – Engineering Graduates (Can be Diploma also) & MBA (Marketing ) for our SSR (Site Sales Representative) project. Candidates must have a Bike of their own. The job specification has been mentioned below:

  • Qualification: B. Tech Civil / Diploma in Civil / MBA in Marketing.
  • Pass out Batch: 2019-21 or before.
  • Own Vehicle (for movement within the area assigned)
  • Fluent in Regional Language
  • Interested in Sales Profile

The JD is as mentioned below:

  • Site conversion: Key Role to aware Site Owners about the WCL and Place WCL on their Site – Also to convenience all influencer – Contractor, Mason.
  • Identify the potential site/customers of Wonder Cement, Visit, Follow-up and conversion
  • Generating brand awareness and create Consumer Pull for our network.
  • Will be responsible for IHB Sites, meet site owners, contactor, mason. Tell them about Wonder Cement, its benefit, Quality and Services, Dealers and Retailers.
  • Product demonstration at customer site
  • IHBs, Mason, Contractor, and other decision-makers to tell about Services offered by Wonder Cement.
  • Site slip to be prepare and share with IHBs and to the concerned dealer/retailer.

CTC: 1.78 Lakh per Annum (Fixed Salary) + Variable Pay* + Incentive*

*Performing candidates annual earning can vary between 2.50 Lakh to 3.00 Lakh per Annum, including Variable Pay and Incentive.
