Job Responsibilities

• Marketing of DuPont’s range of Pesticides, Fungicides, Herbicides, Insecticides, etc.
• Responsible to develop & execute territory wise market development plan.
• Ensure Demand Generation and Brand Awareness at farmer level.
• Responsible for achievement of assigned sales targets and Stocks liquidation.
• Develop understanding of competitive scenario.
• Responsible for planning & implementing marketing programs in the territory
• Liaison with Key 300 Farmers in the 30 Key villages in his territory.
• Assisting MIE in Planning of MC & sample requirement and utilization
• Working closely with MIE for execution of market development activities.
• Planning & execution of pre launch activities on new products.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the territory
• Identifying key value drivers for the customer
• Explaining the key farmer customer the right value proposition on new products
• Timely submission of all reports as per the suggested timelines.
• Work closely with MIE in executing any strategic project.
