JOB PROFILE:

The B.Tech. Candidates have to undergo rigorous training for 6 months. During their training period, they will undergo several projects from different technology domains. 

On the basis of competency mapping during the training period, the candidates will be assigned the job role on successful confirmation.

The training period will be a total for 6 months, which is 3 months of unpaid training, then 3 months of paid internship. After successful completion of training, the candidate will be deputed as Asst. engineer.

The details of the compensation is in the next section.

The initial 3 months training will consist of following:

Interpersonal Training

• Design Thinking

• Business Communication

• Business Presentation

• Business Analytics

• Modern Collaborative Communication Tools

Technology Training

• Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence

• Internet of Things

• Blockchain

• Robotics

• Solar Technology (elective)

• Renewable Energy Technology (elective)

• Advanced Construction Technology (only for Civil)

• Electric Automobile Technology (only for Mechanical)

COMPENSATION: 

The candidate will be entitled for a compensation of INR 3 lac per annum after completion of Training period, i.e. 6 months, which will be revised to INR 3.6 lac per annum, after successful completion of 1 year of the candidate.

Initial 3 months training will be unpaid.

SERVICE AGREEMENT (Opportunity for company sponsored MBA) :

The candidate will have to sign a service agreement for 2 years at the time of joining. 

Upon successful completion of Service Agreement, candidates will also be paid a Retention bonus of maximum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) (lump sum amount). 

Also, upon successful completion of the service agreement, the candidate will become eligible for Executive MBA, which will completely be sponsored by the company.

In the breach of the Service Agreement, the candidate shall be liable to pay an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) to the company.

LOCATION:

For the first 3 months of training, the location will be Noida. After that, the candidate can be sent to any location in India and outside.

COMPANY ACCOMODATION:

Considering the risk of COVID pandemic, ensuring the complete safety and security of our people, the company is also providing a COVID-compliant accommodation will 3 times meal and commute to the office by company approved vehicles.

** Company accommodation is mandatory for B.Tech. candidates for initial 3 months. After 3 months, it will be optional.**

EXAMINATION LEAVES:

The candidates will be given leaves for writing the examinations, against the datesheet provided. No preparation leaves will be granted.
