Eligibility Criteria - Diploma -EE & ME, only female candidates
We have requirements for Diploma Engineer Trainees /DET’s, FEMALES only .Our manufacturing plant is based at Neemrana (Rajasthan).
Following are the requirements:
Qualification: Diploma
Stream: Mechanical/Production/RAC/Automobile/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
Pass-out: 2018/2019/2020 (No Backlogs should be pending till date)
Department: Quality/ Production
General Information: Candidates selected will be posted in Daikin Neemrana (Rajasthan) factory. They need to undergo a training of 2 years as per the company rules. After the successful completion of training, he/she will be absorbed as Junior Engineer.
The CTC of DETs will be as under:
During 1st Year (DET-1): INR- 1.87 Lacs/ Annum
During 2nd Year (DET-2): INR- 2.31 Lacs/ Annum
After 2 Years (Jr. Engineer): INR- 2.90 Lacs/ Annum
