- Forward the mail (tracker & CV) to the respective HR’s and follow up with them regarding the feedback.
- Share the feedback with the respective member of the team.
- Build relationships with the existing HR & discuss/understand the openings with them.
- Bring depth in the relationship with the HRs of existing Companies.
- Share the Tracker of the candidates going for the interview with the respective HR.
- Follow up with the HR regarding the feedback of the candidates who have given the interview.
- After the selection of the candidate mail the HR his Documents and follow up with the HR regarding his offer.
- Actively participate in the team performance assessment.
- Update the Recruitment Software
Preferred Female candidates MBA in HR who have completed their MBA in year 2019/2020 and donot have any exam liabilities with a minimum experience of 6 months.
CTC Offered : Upto 1.80Lacs Per Annum (depents upon their interview) + Incentives. Initially it would be work from home so Fixed Monthly would be Rs 6000 - 8000/months, once they join in Delhi they will be Offered CTC of Rs12500 - 15000/Months.
Location : Rohini, New Delhi (We will try to provide PG support during their relocation)
