Qualification :

• Any Male/Female, fresher or Experienced with minimum graduation in any field.
• Good Communication skills are required.
• Should have a sound knowledge of MS-Office.
• Should be confident and presentable.

 

Salary : Negotiable up to 2L + Best in the industry incentives + Performance Bonus.

Job Role :

• Able to pre-screen the resume & qualify the candidate
• Brief the client profile & requirement specifications to the candidates.
• Scrutinizing & Shortlisting resumes.
• Generating references through pool of database.
• Lining up candidates as per the client requirement.
• Responsible for understanding client’s need.
• Follow up with candidates till they join organization.
• End to end recruitment process
• Having sound knowledge of Internet & MS Office
• Can manage the internal database in recruitment software
• Maintain the relationship with client for business development
