Designation 1: Business Development Manager

Job location : Delhi/Noida

Eligibility criteria : MBA – Marketing and /or Finance with 60% throughout
Bachelors (Any stream) with 60% throughout

CTC : Rs. 6.5 Lakhs (P.A)*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Business Development Manager :

  • Handling sales team and monitoring their performance.
  • Perform SWOT analysis to train and develop the skills of the team .
  • Follow sales procedures while motivating the sales force.
  • Handling client’s product related queries and closing the final deal.
  • Managing campaigns and promotional activities of the company at different platforms.
  • Managing and retaining relationship with existing clients .
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

Designation 2: Human Resource Manager

Job location : Delhi/Noida

Qualifications : MBA with 60% throughout
Specialization: Human Resource Management
Bachelors (Any stream) with 60% throughout.

CTC : Rs. 5.1 Lakhs (P.A)*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Human Resource Manager :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
