Job Purpose 
Our Business Development Associate usually operate within business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C).They are the key point of contact between us and our clients like schools, teachers, parents & students.

Duties and responsibilities

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Identifying new sales leads
• Pitching products and/or services
• To execute promotional activities in schools, townships and various public places.
• Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

 

Qualifications

• Good organizational and administration skills
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Knowledge of MS -Office (Excellency in Excel is must)
• Speak/write/read English fluently
• Currently undertaking a study in the field of Sales & Marketing
