In October 2019, GRUH Finance Ltd. has become part of Bandhan Bank as Housing Finance Vertical (HF Vertical). GRUH Loan Centres of Bandhan Bank will continue to provide loans for acquiring and constructing new residential property, renovating existing residential property and loan against Property, HF Vertical of Bandhan Bank offers Home loan to the deserving common man including the self-employed category like carpenters, cobblers, owner of a provision store or a tea stall etc. We have typical Retail Offices with 2-3 men in the deeper geographical pockets to reach out to the potential customers.

Role & Responsibility: Retail Team (HF Vertical)
Every Member of our Retail team plays all-round’s role right from sourcing of business, risk analysis, processing of loan proposals, extending effective customer service, documentation, accounting and disbursement of loan till recovery of EMIs. Role requires extensive travelling for marketing, field investigation and recovery etc, on need basis, exclusive responsibility of Recovery could be assigned to one of the team members, once the recovery is improved to healthy level, the concerned Executive / Team Member will be placed back to the all-rounder’s role.
