1) Designation:- HR Recruitment –

CTC – 10 to 15 K in hand + variable

Job Responsibility 

  • End-to-end recruitment.

  • Able to pre-screen the resume & qualify the candidates.

  • Brief the client profile & requirement specifications to the candidates.

  • Scrutinizing and shortlisting resumes.

  • Generating references through a pool of databases.

  • Lining up candidates as per the client’s requirement.

  • Responsible for understanding client’s needs.

  • Follow up with candidates till they join the organization.

  • Having sound knowledge of the Internet & MS Office

  • Can manage the internal database in recruitment software

  • Maintain the relationship with clients for business development

2) Designation:-Graphic Designer

CTC – 10 – 15K in hand

Job Responsibility 

  • Create posters, logos, brochures, magazines, and many other materials to communicate ideas and information visually.

  • Create and design other various materials for print and digital collateral.

  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.

  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web is needed.

  • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, In Design, and other graphic design software is also needed.

3) Corporate Relationship Manager

CTC – 15 to 20 K in hand + variable

Job Location – Kota

  • Build long-term relationships with clients.

  • Work quickly to address and resolve client queries.

  • Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them.

  • Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand.

  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly

4) Designation:- Digital Marketing Interns –

On Stipend

Job Responsibility 

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns.

Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
