To make women aware of their rights and about punishment for the misconduct done to them such as Rape, Violence, Dowry, etc.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>After her Speech, Another Guest Advocate Ms. Pushplata Malviya delivered a speech that focused on How to make people aware of the Services provided to them by the constitution and the Importance of Lok Adalat in the local regions and rural areas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>After this, Our Chief Guest Mr. Praveen Kumar as an Additional district judge of DLSA, Kota made aware people of the Free litigation for all Fraud cases and About their justice in Lok Adalat. In a mediation procedure, a neutral intermediary, the mediator, helps the parties to reach a mutually satisfactory settlement of their dispute.
