Under the guidance of Dr. Mahaveer Suman, Assistant Professor, final-year students are undergoing hands-on training in post-harvest management for vital agriculture commodities like Aonla, Chilly, Oyster Mushroom, Garlic Pickle, and Aonla Murabba.
This experiential learning initiative, a part of CPU’s commitment to comprehensive education, addresses the pressing issue of post-harvest losses in India, ranging from 20-40%. By establishing a well-maintained Food Processing Module, students are gaining practical insights and skills that are essential for agri-entrepreneurship and career success in the agricultural sector.
