Kota, July 30: Career Point University, in collaboration with the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), New Delhi, organized an Inter-University Essay Writing Competition on the theme “India’s Role in Global Affairs: 21st Century Perspectives.” Over 150 undergraduate and postgraduate students from reputed institutions across India participated in the two-stage event.
The first phase included online submissions, while the final round was conducted in hybrid mode at the CPU campus. Dr. Puneet Gaud, Research Fellow at ICWA, was the chief guest. Dr. Rajkumar Garg and Dr. Govind Krishan Sharma served as jury members for the final evaluations.
The event began with a welcome address by Prof. (Dr.) Sangeeta Mathur. Chancellor Pramod Maheshwari motivated students to engage actively in academic discourse. Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sumer Singh Yadav announced the winners in both categories.

Winners were felicitated with certificates and cash prizes. The competition served as a platform for young minds to explore India’s global standing and demonstrated Career Point University’s continued commitment to promoting intellectual engagement among students.
