The Physiotherapy Department of Career Point University organized a series of events at KST, Kota on the occasion of World Physiotherapy Day, focusing on this year’s theme: Back Pain and Its Treatment.
Prominent medical professionals, including Neurologist Dr. Prashant Shringi, Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. R.C. Dhakad, Physiotherapist Dr. Vinay Gulati, and the CEO of Kota Heart Hospital, Mr. Deepak Kulshrestha, addressed the audience. They emphasized the importance of understanding back pain, its causes, and the role of physiotherapy in effective treatment and prevention.
A Physiotherapy Awareness Walk was also organized, starting from KST and concluding at the Collectorate Office. The walk aimed to raise public awareness about back pain and promote the benefits of physiotherapy in managing and treating this common issue.
