Bandhan Bank Limited was incorporated on 23rd December’14. Bandhan Received the in-principle approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for setting up a universal bank in April’14; the banking regulator gave its final node in June 2015. Kolkata- headquartered Bandhan is the first bank to be set up in the eastern part of India after Independence.

In October 2019, GRUH Finance Ltd. has become part of Bandhan Bank as Housing Finance Vertical (HF Vertical). GRUH Loan Centres of Bandhan Bank will continue to provide loans for acquiring and constructing a new residential properties, renovating existing residential properties, and loan against Property, HF Vertical of Bandhan Bank offers Home loans to the deserving common man including the self-employed category like carpenters, cobblers, owner of a provision store or a tea stall, etc. We have typical Retail Offices with 2-3 men in the deeper geographical pockets to reach out to potential customers.

Role & Responsibility: Retail Team (HF Vertical)
Every Member of our Retail team plays an all-round’s role right from sourcing of business, risk analysis, processing of loan proposals, extending effective customer service, documentation, accounting, and disbursement of loans till recovery of EMIs. The role requires extensive traveling for marketing, field investigation, recovery, etc, on a need basis, the exclusive responsibility of Recovery could be assigned to one of the team members, once the recovery is improved to a healthy level, the concerned Executive / Team Member will be placed back to the all-rounder’s role.
