The Media Club covers all kinds of activities and events that take place on and off campus. The Club is mostly maintained by students who contribute noteworthy stories, pictures, videos, and other content. Students get the chance to express their ideas and abilities through media, communication, and journalism.
Giving pupils the chance to be creative in media is the major goal of the media club. They will work collaboratively using media while gaining practical experience. Students are able to learn about, prevent, and turn the negative effects of media on education into beneficial effects.

Proposed Activity
[1] “Student Life @ CPU“ (Express your experience, emotions through Reels.) Reels have recently become a medium for the youth to express their creativity and bring in finer trends on social media. All you have to do is submit a 60 seconds long reel and share it your own pages instagram,youtube and facebook or get a chance of winner.
[2] Activity of Reporting on different beats like, Technology, Cultural, Education, Sports, Political, Entertainment etc.
[3] “Ideas and Abilities plot Through Media” Prepared scientific Research & development based video which is show to all concepts on behind the working outcomes.
[4] Video shoots Competition for students of internal department and other college / universities .
[5] Video production internships are available to our trained members through some of our community partners.
Guidelines / Rules & Regulations for each event
- Each participant should carry identity proof
- Students taking part in the events should register on the day of the fest at the registration committee. On spot entry is not obliged.
- Students should refrain from any form of cheating and unfair play, failing which they will be disqualified.
- The judges‟ decision is final.
- Participants should go through the event rules and adhere to the specifics.
- Participation, props, music etc. for certain events should be confirmed. Preregistration if required by contacting the event head.
- A participant can participate only in one event during the simultaneous timings for events; a participant is not restricted to participation in any number of events as long as the event timings do not clash.
- All the events will commence at the scheduled time; Punctuality will be appreciated.
- Rules are subject to changes at the discretion of the Management/Organizers.
- Criteria for Overall championship include participation in maximum number of events as well as the total scores obtained in the competitions.
- Club posters and advertisements must have the full name of the college, club name and event easily visible.
- Online conduct by all organizations through social media must still abide by the College‟s Social and Academic Honour Code.
- All club finances must be run through the Overall club co-ordinator, Faculty in-charge, Student co-ordinator, including spending, revenue and advertising accounts.
