Career Point University’s School of Computer Applications concluded its highly engaging Python and Machine Learning Bootcamp from Basics to Live Projects, a 30-day internship program powered by the Skill Xcelerator Program. Commencing on June 17, 2025, the bootcamp provided CPU students with intensive hands-on training in data science and modern machine learning technologies.
Led by Mr. Ravi Ramawat, Senior Data Scientist and Trainer from Grass Company, Jaipur, the program focused on equipping students with both foundational and advanced skills essential for success in the data-driven tech industry.
Real-World Tools, Real-Time Skills
Throughout the internship, students worked on practical applications of:
- Core Python programming (data structures, OOP, file handling)
- Data analysis with NumPy and Pandas
- Data visualization using Matplotlib and Seaborn
- SQL integration and GUI development via Tkinter
- Machine Learning models for regression and classification
- Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and DALL·E
This immersive experience not only enhanced technical skills but also fostered critical thinking and creativity through live project development. Participants showcased their learning by presenting data science solutions on real-world topics, evaluated based on innovation and execution.

On the final day, Ms. Shreya Rakheja, Corporate Trainer and Career Coach from Grass Company, delivered an insightful session on career pathways in data science, resume building, and strategies for standing out in competitive job markets. Her session added significant value, helping students connect their technical training with future career opportunities.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Arshad Hussain, Internship Coordinator, who acknowledged the dedication of the students, the contributions of the faculty, and the support from the trainers at Grass Company.
