From knowing their departments and university systems to stage performances, doodle art, and a myth-busting coding challenge - Day 2 kept the energy going.
The second day of the induction programme at Career Point University continued with the same enthusiasm, giving new students an opportunity to understand different aspects of university life while also participating in fun and engaging activities. The day seamlessly blended information, creativity, and participation - helping new students feel more connected to the university and its vibrant campus life.
Academic & Administrative Sessions
Know Your Department
Students were introduced to their respective departments by faculty members who shared information about academic activities, opportunities, and initiatives throughout the year - giving students a first glimpse of the people who will guide them.
Centre of Examination (COE) Session
Students received a comprehensive overview of the examination process at CPU - how examinations are conducted and the important procedures they need to follow throughout their academic journey.
University ERP - Session by Dr. Awneet
Dr. Awneet conducted an informative session on the University ERP system, helping students understand how to access and manage academic information and university-related processes through the platform.
Club Activities - Performances, Art & Ideas
After the informative sessions, Induction Day 2 moved into a more energetic and creative space. Four clubs took the stage - each bringing something unique to make the day memorable for the new batch.
Dance Club
Lively dance performances that kept students engaged and added excitement and energy to the afternoon.
Drama Club
Engaging dramatic performances that brought creativity and storytelling to the induction stage.
Coding Club - Myth Buster Activity
The Coding Club conducted an interactive "Myth Buster" question activity that encouraged students to think, participate, and challenge common assumptions through a series of engaging and thought-provoking questions.
Fine Arts Club
A doodle art activity encouraged students to explore their creative side and express their ideas in a relaxed and enjoyable way.
