On the date 7-9-2022 CPU, Alaniya, Kota School of Legal Studies & Governance organized a “Legal Awareness Camp” for increasing awareness about Law.
Firstly, Lamp lit by dignitaries, and then, A song played for Providing information and the objective of the National Legal Services Authorities(NALSA) which is to Organise free Lok Adalats for the speedy resolution of Cases.
VC sir presented the bouquet to our Chief Guest Mr. Praveen Kumar (Additional District Judge, DLSA, Kota ) and our esteem Guests Advocate Ms. Sonam Vijya , Advocate Pushplata Malviya, Present Sarpanch and Sarpanch of Keval Nagar (Kota) Smt. Mamta Gujjar and Mr. krishna ji respectively.
Mithlesh mam welcomed respected guests and the Audience with an open heart by delivering a few words.
This Awareness Programme is organized to fulfill the below-mentioned objectives:-
- To increase the communication skills of law students which will make them more strong in legal language.
2. To help people belonging to rural areas in gaining information about the law and make them eligible to participate in Society with the knowledge gained in this awareness Programme.
After it, Advocate Ms. Saloni Vijaya delivered a few words. She laid emphasis on the following objectives:-
∆.To make the people understand the IMPORTANCE of the legal awareness Programme.
∆.As People from all sections and the frequency of Ages were present in the Seminar, So she started explaining Article 39 (Right to justice) by making them aware of it and laid emphasis on its importance in a Democratic country.
∆.This initiative helps in increasing the reach to those in need by fulfilling their need according to their requirements.
∆.Role of media in increasing awareness of Laws mentioned in the Constitution for the punishment of Various Fraud crimes such as Fraud calling for OTPs for money transferring.
∆.To make the citizens of the country whether from urban or rural areas aware of his Judicial Responsibilities and Rights.
∆. To make women aware of their rights and about punishment for the misconduct done to them such as Rape, Violence, Dowry, etc.
After her Speech, Another Guest Advocate Ms. Pushplata Malviya delivered a speech that focused on How to make people aware of the Services provided to them by the constitution and the Importance of Lok Adalat in the local regions and rural areas.
After this, Our Chief Guest Mr. Praveen Kumar as an Additional district judge of DLSA, Kota made aware people of the Free litigation for all Fraud cases and About their justice in Lok Adalat. In a mediation procedure, a neutral intermediary, the mediator, helps the parties to reach a mutually satisfactory settlement of their dispute. Any settlement is recorded in an enforceable.
After that VC sir delivered a few words regarding legal assistance and policies, Then, at last, he thanked the audience for their presence.
Ex-Sarpanch of keval Nagar, Mr. Krishan Ji also gave their opinion about the importance of awareness among rural people. He talked about the FIRST word of the FIRST line of the song played today that was “EHSAAS” by relating it with the feeling of getting justice at the Right time.
