A Community of Modern Farmers
The School of Agricultural Sciences doesn't operate in closed rooms; our laboratory is the open field. Students spend massive amounts of time on our 50+ acre instructional farms, growing crops, testing soils, and managing dairy and poultry units.
Through the mandatory RAWE (Rural Agricultural Work Experience) program, our students live in villages, understanding grassroots farming problems, and educating local farmers on modern, sustainable, and organic agricultural practices.
