The school of legal studies and governance of Career Point University, Alaniya organized an Intra House Moot Court Competition.
The judge of this competition was Jainendra Kumar Sir. He is a retired District and Session judge (RHJS) and former president of a consumer dispute redressal forum.
The competition started with lamp lighting. Vice Chancellor Sir welcomed Jainendra Kumar Sir by giving bouquets. Head of department Mrs. Shelesh Sharma ma’am and law faculties Ms. Mithlesh Malviya ma’am and Jay Prakash sir welcomed him.
Mithlesh ma’am gave the welcome speech and explained the benefits of this type of competition, how it helps in the overall development of the students, build communication, research skills and teamwork in them. VC Sir also welcomed Sir with a few words. A total of 11 teams participated in this competition.
Students participated very well. The petitioner and respondent team gave their arguments. The students were questioned by the judges.
After the competition, Jainendra sir wished the students, best of luck in the future and congratulated them for their quick and efficient preparation for the competition. The students got advice from Sir on how to prepare for the RJS exam and succeed in it by receiving high marks. guided the students to achieve proficiency on their Hindi and English language tests. After that, the winner, runner-up, Best Memorial, and Best speaker of this competition were honored with trophies and certificates. The joy and enthusiasm increased by giving certificates to the participants.
At last , Memento was presented to the Judge of the Competition.
By ending this programme Ms.Shailesh Ma’am (HOD) gave a Vote of thanks to all the present in the program at last.
