Career Point University has conducted a placement week for the first time in Kota where continuously 6 days different companies conducted their placement drive and offered various job offers to students for different profiles. The event was conducted from 26th December 2016 to 31st December 2016. Companies who participated were JSPL Services Pvt Ltd, Teleperformance, Edge Telecom, AK Global Management, Market Magnify Investment Advisor and Research Pvt Ltd, GenpEx IT Solutions.

A mage placement day was conducted at University which was a sort of Mini Job Fair where 4 companies participated at campus drive on single day. Companies participated were Samaarambh Techno Management, Convergence, HDFC Bank and Genpact.

By looking over the success and interest of students in Placement Week 1, Career Point University has organized Placement Week 2 from 06th March 2017 to 11th March 2017. Students from all over the state and even outside that participated and made it another successful event. Companies included were Shaljon Tech, SBI Cards, I Connect Solutions, Techno Copacetic Solutions, Reliable First and Saglus Info.

A mega job fair was conducted in the city by Career Point University to offer core technical jobs to all engineering aspirants. It was a 2 day event on 09th and 10th May 2016 where more than 1000 students from different states appeared. Total 12 companies provided job opportunities in 2 days including companies like HCL and British Telecom. 75 students got selected in overall 2 days.

Mr. Pramod has put on a number of hats in his 64 years. An Engineer, Army Officer, HRD Manager, CEO, Teacher and a full-time Writer. A guest lecture on 21st September 2016 was conducted by him in which he took a session on Personality Development for all first year students and a session on Expectation of HR from students for final and pre final year.

A seminar on KAABIL BANO was organized by Mr. Imtiyaz Khan which was a motivational seminar where students were been taught the importance of interpersonal skills and intrapersonal skills. Various learn with fun activities were conducted to make session appealing and generate interest amongst students.

An employability seminar by Aspiring Minds Assessment Pvt Ltd was conducted to aware students about the employability test which includes aptitude test, skill assessment , subject test and personality instruments. The importance of test through which students can get various job opportunities were also shared with students.

Mr. Vivek Kumar is Asst Director of Rajasthan Region of Board of Apprenticeship Training. A seminar was conducted by him in which students were been taught about various Internship Opportunities as well as Govt role in spreading awareness and availability of Internship in various Industries.
